Client Support Program

The Client Support Program utilizes people called Client Support Specialists. These people are trained on desktops and basic server administration. Aura clients purchase the Client Support Specialistís time in four hour (Ĺ day) segments. These segments are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm to from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The client enters into a three-month contract to purchase a set number of segments over that three-month period. The segments purchased can be fixed segments or open segments. A fixed segment is where you, the client specifies the dates and times for the Support Professional to be there. An open segment is where the date is not specified. These are purchased to handle overflow work situations or unknown problems that may arise. Payment is requested up front each month for those segments booked for that month.
